Shipping
Shipping to UK addresses (including The Channel Islands) is free of charge. Garments will be despatched via Parcel Force 48 (48 hour delivery), jewellery and tiaras will be despatched via Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery. All items will be despatched within 3 working days of Just Prom confirming your order, providing the item is in stock.
All non stock items including garments ordered to your specification will be despatched via the services stated above as soon as the goods have been manufactured and quality checked. (Please see item descriptions for the estimated delivery schedules). You will receive an email advising you that your order is ready for despatch.
We will ship garments to all international destinations via Parcel Force Worldwide Standard Service & Jewellery/tiaras via Royal Mail International Airmail. The shipping charges will be calculated and advised at check out. Please note that the estimated delivery schedules stated in the item descriptions do not include transit times to international destinations – if you require delivery to an address outside of the UK please allow an additional 14 days for delivery.
Returns
We hope that you are delighted with your purchase from Just Prom however, if for any reason you wish to return an item or cancel your order please refer to the returns policy below:
- Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 working days after the date of receipt of the item. You must advise Just Prom in writing (an email is acceptable) that you are cancelling your order. Please email info@justpromuk.com stating the reason why you wish to cancel your order and whether you require a replacement or refund. It is particularly important that you advise us immediately if your goods are faulty when you receive them as if you wish to cancel your order it is your statutory responsibility to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them. Refunds will not be issued for orders cancelled after the 7 day period unless the goods are faulty or not as described.
- If you have already received your goods at the time you cancel your order these must be returned to us in appropriate packaging and in unused, resaleable condition within 14 days of receipt. (Unused does not mean that you cannot examine and try on a garment). Once we have received and examined your returned item a replacement will be arranged or a refund issued.

We recommend that you return your items via a service which provides proof of delivery. You will bare the cost of the return unless the goods have been verified by Just Prom as faulty in which case we will refund this cost to you.
Please note that items examined at our shop prior to purchase or items which have been made to your specification (that is any items which are not shown as in stock at the time of your order) are not subject to the above returns policy. In the case of such items refunds or replacements will only be issued if, after inspection by Just Prom, goods are found to be faulty. Orders may only be cancelled prior to delivery of the goods within 7 working days of your order being confirmed by Just Prom.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
